Ms. Ureno was nominated for this recognition by a student who said she has helped countless students plan for their futures and provided valuable guidance that helps students accomplish their goals and dreams. The student said Ms. Ureno always has a positive attitude and clearly loves her job! She also helped spearhead the implementation of Santiago’s Early College Academy and has walked alongside students, supporting them as they earn high school and college credit simultaneously.
