A credentialed registered school

If a student needs assistance obtaining medical care or
insurance,
dental care, or vision services the nurse has access to
agencies that
can help. The health office phone number is 663-6375.

information regarding clinic times and services.
All

If a problem is noted, the parent/guardian will be notified
by mail.
Students new to La Quinta are also screened for vision and
