Early Assessment Program (EAP) While not a part of the STAR Program, the Early Assessment Program (EAP), is available for all students in grade eleven who are interested in an early reading of their readiness for college-level work. The EAP offers an opportunity to obtain information about students’ readiness for college level English and mathematics. One of the benefits of this program is that students can earn an exemption from the CSU English and mathematics placement tests upon admission to the CSU.
